| 摘 要： | 我们所处的社会是个动态社会 ,社会变化的趋势成为不可逆转的潮流 ,它给新世纪教育的发展既带来严峻的挑战 ,也创造许多新的机会。人要适应不断变化的社会 ,需要长期的成人教育和不断的知识翻新。成人教育作为第三产业的重要成分而急速发展 ,是动态社会的一个本质性的现象。同时 ,国家必须下大力气 ,用足够的力量办好基础教育 ,专才教育与通识教育必须并重 ,教与学的手段一定要充分的电脑化、离散化 ,上好的人才要留得住、用得上 ,必须高度重视人才流失问题。

Thus,adult education and renewed knowledge are necessary .The quick development of adult education as a component of the third industry is an essential phenomenon.Meanwhile,other kinds of education should not be ignored. |
