| 摘 要： | 基于电子商务的供应链体系中,企业往往会出现信息的不对称,致使供应链信息传递失真而造成的决策失误、信息共享不足、无形成本虚增、战略实施能力下降等后果,形成供应链信息风险。通过对基于电子商务的供应链信息风险形成机理分析,提出了供应链信息风险规避策略。

| Abstract: | In supply chain system based on e - commerce, companies often face information asymmetry, which results in transmission of information distortion of the supply chain and lead to decision - making mistakes, lack of information sharing, intangible costs inflated, strategic implementation capacity decreased as a consequence, the formation of supply chain information risk. Through analysis of e - commerce supply chain information based on the formation mechanism of risk, risk mitigation strategies for supply chain information are put forward. |
