| Abstract: | Based on the new specialized standard of civil engineering professional and plan for Outstanding Engineers, and combined with the practice and reform of civil engineering specialty in Xuehang University, the three- step personnel training mode and teaching system are constructed, which takes the professional foundation platform, professional module and professional direction as the main content. Meanwhile the teaching plan of three- step teaching system is introduced in detail. |
