| Abstract: | The paper,using physical documents and symbolic logic to analyze the three stages of shooting: stopping abruptly and jumping,shooting in air and landing.mainly discusses the factors of biomechanics which influence the shooting accuracy as well as the ways guiding and standardizing the physical teaching and training by means of a series of physical theory. |
