结合北京团结公寓自动化立体车库设计实践,设计大型自动化立体停车库计算机监控系统,分析系统结构和功能,介绍系统开发环境和控制管理流程.系统结构采用分层方法实现,按照功能分为管理、监控、执行三个层次,由上位实时监控、车库管理、管理信息、现场工业总线通信、PLC设备控制、出入库身份鉴别等子系统组成.该系统实现了多种技术的集成,突破了传统的PLC和PC之间的串口通讯方式.应用实践表明:该系统具有可扩展性、开放性、操作方便等特点.
