| 摘 要： | 《循环经济促进法》的构成要素有循环经济法律原则、循环经济法律规则和循环经济法律概念。循环经济法律原则有减量化原则、再利用原则和资源化原则。《循环经济促进法》的法律规范有授权性规范、禁止性规范和义务性规范。循环经济法律概念主要有减量化、再利用和资源化等。
