摘    要:二元合金相图中,当处于平衡冷却条件下时,在两相区可以应用杠杆法则直接求出两相的相对质量百分数;在一定的条件下,利用杠杆法则也可以估算合金中各组织组成物的质量分数。在实际利用铁-渗碳体合金相图的过程中,最重要的是必须遵循杠杆法则的基本规律,明了基本概念,掌握钢中各种组织的形成机制;如此,才能正确、灵活地使用好杠杆法则,才能抓住教学的重点。

Abstract:In the dual alloy phase diagram, lever rule can be used to measure the relative quality percentage of the two phases in the bi-phase morphology under balanced isothermal conditions. Under certain conditions, this rule can also be used to estimate the quality factor of the structural components in the alloy. The most important elements in the practical application of Fe-Fe3 calloy phase diagram process are to observe the fundamental rules of the lever rule, to clearly understand the basic concepts, and to acquire a good understanding of the forming scheme of different structures of steel. Thus lever rule could be utilized correctly and flexiblly and the keys of teaching could be captured.
