Developing Recycling Economy, Establishing Eco-Industrial Parks with Chinese Characteristics

Eco-industrial park is a new type of industrial organization pattern,which is planned,designed and constructed on the basis of theories of recycling economy as well as principles of ecology.It implements a harmonious development in economy,social ecology and environmental efficiency by exchanging products, by-products and wastes,by exercising the terraced energy and water conservation system,by sharing the responsibility of building up and enjoying the benefits of infrastructure,among the members within the park.Establishing Eco-industrial parks with Chinese characteristics,through learning from the experiences of developed countries,through scientifically planning and designing,is a practical channel to a new industrialized China.
