以ASD理论分析女性科技人才的成长

文章以SD成长模型为分析框架,对湖北省公共部门的女性科技人才调查发现,我国女性科技人才成长中存在着适应阶段中的制度系统战略规划不足、选择阶段的技术系统创新不足、发展阶段的社会环境塑造不足等问题。以改革创新为指导,优先将性别差异纳入开发科技人才决策,优先创新女性人才机制,优先调整女性科技人才结构等措施则是完善我国女性科技人才成长的路径。

ASD Growth Mode Analysis of the Growth of Women Scientists

This article, within the ASD framework, has a survey of the female staff in the public sectors in Hubei Province, finds that, in the growth of female talents, there is inadequate strategic planning in the policy system, lack of technological innovative in the selection system and leakages of environmental shaping in developing stage. The right way of the growth of female talents is as follows： led by the reform and innovative policy, we shall innovate the female talents mechanism and adjust the structure of female scientific talents.
