| 摘 要： | 用Ｆｏｕｒｉｅｒ光学的理论分析了光学频谱面定位的理论精度，导出了相应的公式，提出了一种用Ｍｏｉｒｅ偏转术精密定位谱面的新方法，可以方便地将实际定位误差控制在理论精度范围内，实例表明相对定位精度达０．０２５％。

| Abstract: | The theoretical locating accuracy of the optic spectrum plane is analyzed with Fourier optics theory and an expression is derived. A new method of exactly locating the spectrum plane with Moire deflectometry is suggested. The actual locating error can be easily controlled within the theoretical range. An example with a relative locating accuracy of 0. 025% is given. |
