| Abstract: | Mental skills training is a basic theory course,which has been accepted by many countries all over the world.It is also regarded as an important content in the educational theory being studied in the world.Therefore,its theory plays an important role in the relative teaching of music course,and it has necessary relation with the solfeggio teaching.On the base of the theory,through the understanding of mental skills training,the evident effect has been achieved in the normal solfeggio teaching. |
