| 摘 要： | 伴随互联网的迅速普及,网络反腐已经成为传统反腐模式的重要补充。由于国家尚未出台专门适用于网络反腐的法律法规,导致我国网络反腐机制在现实运作过程中面临"反腐主体的协作功能有待整合、反腐信息的处理环节有待优化、反腐内容的甄别能力有待提升、反腐安全的保障功能有待加强、反腐流程的公开程度有待强化"等诸多现实问题。为此,我国应该整合网络反腐主体的协作机制,优化网络反腐信息的处理机制,提升网络反腐内容的甄别机制,加强网络反腐安全的保障机制,强化网络反腐流程的公开透明机制等,以期形成一套协同合作、运转灵活、安全规范、公开透明的网络反腐运行机制。

| Abstract: | With the rapid spread of the Internet,network anti-corruption becomes an important supplement as traditional anti-corruption mode.Because our country is not specifically to unveil fresh policy applying to the network of anti-corruption laws and regulations,leading to China’s anti-corruption system in the actual operation network facing some Practical Problems in the process.Therefore,China should form a set of cooperative flexible safety standard and public transparent network anti-corruption mechanism. |
