| 摘 要： | 清季西学东渐过程中,西方传教士借助文化传播来扩大传教,同时也引发了诸多版权纠纷。于是,发达国家的版权制度便开始被广学会借来进行维权。传教士的版权活动,也成为中国清末版权立法保护的重要促进因素。

| Abstract: | In the process of Western learning spreading to the East’ in Qing Dynasty,western missionaries did missionary work with the help of culture,but it also caused many copyright disputes.As a result,Christian Literature Society resorted to copyright system of developed countries in order to protect the rights.The missionaries’ copyright activities became an important contributing factor of the copyright legislation in late Qing Dynasty in China. |
