| 摘 要： | 行为金融学是20世纪80年代兴起的一门学科,它是在实证与标准金融理论不断背离的情况下产生的。它将心理研究结果引入经济分析,注重投资者决策心理多样性的研究,因此它将会在资产管理、投资决策以及公司财务管理等方面有着广泛的应用前景,为我国的金融管理提供新的视角和分析方向。

| Abstract: | Behavior finance began to develop in China in 1980's resulting from the discrepancies between traditional finance theory and practical application.It introduces psychological findings into economic analysis,focusing on investor's psychological diversity,so it will be widely used in the capital management,investment decision and corporate financial management,thus to provide new ideas for our country's financial management. |
