| 摘 要： | ２０世纪７０年代有过世界性的软件危机，那是软件高度发展造成的危机。当前我国的软件危机是软件尤其是民族软件的严重短缺，它影响到国民经济的发展和国家的综合国力，关系到国家的前任和命运，高度重视并积极解决中国的软件危机问题是我们的国之急。

At present we are in a software crisis because of the shor tage of software, especially national software. It affects the development of our nation al economy. It affects our country's comprehensive power. It even vitally affects our countr y's future. We must pay special attention to the problem and try our best to solve it. |
