| Abstract: | Deregulation has been the main trend of reform of government regulations in various countries all over the world since the 1970s. This thesis tries to explain the reasons of deregulation from the perspective of theoretical research and actual practice, pointing out that deregulation is a systematical project of the governmental reform. And in another round of reform, it will continue to play a very important role. |
