摘    要:在我国380/220伏电力网络中,广泛采用三相四线制架空线作为配电干线。本文主要探讨三相四线制架空干线引起触电及损坏电子仪器的原因,提出解决的措施。同时指出我院各实验室接地接零中的错误做法。文中提出的解决措施是:改用带重复接地的三相五线制架空线作为配电干线。这样可消除某些电气设备外壳带电现象,消除或减轻某些内过电压的破坏作用。

Abstract:The open-air wires of three-phase four-wire system are extensively used in supply main of 220V--380V electric network of China. This paper mainly deals with some causes of getting a shock from a wire and damaging electronic instruments in the application of open-air supply mains with three-phase four-wire system. The authors suggest some measures to eliminate, and also point out the erroneous operations on ground connecting and zero connecting in our laboratories of the school. The measures presented in this paper are using alternately the open-air wires of three phase four-wire system with repeated ground connection as its supply mains so as to eliminate clectrization on the shells and covers of some electrical devices, and to relieve damages caused by inner over-voltage.
