一种高频高压电源研制

摘    要:高频高压电源应用领域越来越广,如材料改性、金属冶炼、环境保护等.本设计采用220 V交流输入,经整流成直流后,通过直流斩波调压,再通过IGBT逆变为交流,最后通过电感滤波、高频变压器升压来实现输出为高频高压的正弦波.研究获得参数范围为电压峰-峰值为0~30 kV、频率为10~30 kHz和功率为2 kW的高频高压电源.

Abstract:Application of high frequency and high voltage power ever-increasing range of area such as material modification,metal smelting and environmental protection.The design used 220 V AC,DC rectifier and chopper voltage regulation,through the IGBT inverter for the exchange,finally filtering through the inductor,boost high-frequency transformer to achieve the high voltage output of the high-frequency sine wave.Research access parameters for voltage peak-topeak value of 0~30 kV,frequency of 10~30 kHz and the power of 2 kW the high frequency and high voltage power supply.
