摘    要:主要研究镁钙耐火材料对IF钢杂质元素的影响,利用直读光谱仪及扫描电镜能谱分析等手段,分析反应后钢样中杂质元素的变化及耐火材料成分的改变,并采用热力学计算进行反应过程的理论分析。研究结果表明,镁钙耐火材料不污染钢液,且材料中的CaO能与IF钢样中的S、Al、S等发生化学反应,起到净化钢液的作用,是冶炼纯净钢的首选耐火材料。

Abstract:The effects of Mg - CaO refractory on the impurity of IF steel was investigated. The direct-reading spectrograph and scanning-electron microscopic were used to characterize the contents change of IF steel and refractory. Meanwhile, the thermo dynamical calculation was utilized to analyze the reacting process of both molten steel and refractory. Experimental results show MgO-CaO refractory rarely polluted molten steel and absorb some elements in steel such as S, Al, Si etc. So it is the first choice refractory to refine the purity steel.
