气管切开合并绿脓杆菌感染的耐药性研究

摘    要:本文选择对危重气管切开口呼吸道分泌物培养证实对为绿脓杆菌感染的30例患者作为研究对象,采用纸片扩散法进行药敏试验,统计分析其耐药率,并对16种常用抗生素做体外抗菌活性试验,结果表明;绿脓杆菌对喹诺酮类抗生物的耐药率在目前应用的抗生素中是最低的,另外本文从临床的角度对其治疗和护理工作做出了更深一步的研究提出了相应的整改方案,为今后的临床工作提供新的途径。

Abstract:Astuely ls done in this papes on 30 cases loith infecfion coucp licated from p. aeruginosavesified in cultivation of excreted substance from clown-respiratory tract in serious and criticaepost-tracheotovuy, Adoptiug paper diffusion to pevform medicine sensitiue test, stastisticingand analyzing resistamce rate of medicine, ovnd selecting 16 usvally used antibiotics todo outide body antibacteria activity test. The results show: the resistance rate of p. aeruginosato Quinolnes is the lowest in these applied antibiotics at present. In addition. In view of clinicaeaspect, the author does fwther research in treatment and nursing. and gives some appreri-ate revised schemes to provide new approaches for future clinical work
