摘    要:腈纶是非常易燃的纤维,其阻燃研究具有非常重要的意义.本文中基于NaSCN溶剂路线制造腈纶的工艺,在单一阻燃剂性能研究基础上,优化出满足阻燃要求的B r-N-Sb高效阻燃剂,对其阻燃机理研究发现,阻燃效应主要来自于BTy与Sb2O3的协同作用.

Abstract:Acrylic fiber is very inflammable,the study of fireresistant agents for acrylic fiber is very important.In the paper,based on the preparation technique of acrylic fiber using NaSCN as solvent and the study of single-composition fire-resistant agents,a high-efficient composed Br-N-Sb flame-retarded agent is obtained.Its flame-retarded mechanism is discussed and the result shows that the fire-resistant effect results mainly from the cooperativity between BTy and Sb_(2)O_(3).
