| Abstract: | Overall planning the Urban and rural economic and social development is an important innovation to solve the problem of Three agros ; it's the hecessary choice to realize favorable urban and rural economic circle; it's a profound manifestation of the interior need of constructing the well- to- do society. We should deepen the reform to change the original two- dimension structure, build an equal and harmonious city- township relation to promote the realization of overall planning the social and economic development. |
