| 摘 要： | 我国实行高等教育收费制度以来,高校中的经济困难学生问题日益凸显。作好高校特困生工作不仅具有实现教育公平的基本功能,更具有践行“三个代表”重要思想,为国家培养更多优秀人才的重要意义。从这一角度来审视高校特困生工作中的法律问题,具有广泛的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Since the college education accomplishes the system of fee charging,the problems of the poorest students have become more and more serious.So finishing the work of the poorest college students not only has the basic function of realizing the education fairness,but also has a great significance of fulfilling the important thought of"The Three Represents"and raising the more outstanding talented people for the country.In this angle careful examining the legal matter in the work of the poorest college students has a widespread practical significance. |
