茶树菇粗多糖体内抗氧化活性研究

摘    要:为了探讨茶树菇子实体粗多糖体内抗氧化活性,分别用酸、碱、水三种不同方法提取的茶树菇粗多糖对小鼠灌胃给药(2000 mg/kg).测定小鼠血清中SOD活力及肝组织中MDA的含量,结果表明:三种方法提取的多糖均能显著提高小鼠血清中SOD的活力,并使肝组织中的MDA含量显著降低(p<0.05).

Abstract:In order to study the Agrocybe aegerita rough polysaccharides(AAP) anti-oxidative activities in vivo,the AAP were extracted by water,acid and alkali,and filled into the mouse stomach separately(2000 mg/kg) every day.The SOD vigor in the mouse blood serum and the MDA content in the liver organization were detected.The results indicated: three kinds of AAP can obviously enhance the SOD vigor in the mouse blood serum,and decrease the MDA content in the liver organization(p < 0.05).
