| 摘 要： | 在人与世界的关系中，人们对一切事物及其规律的体悟莫不经历了本体论，认识论和价值论的过程，这是哲学自古代、近代至现代的三步曲。学者们对于法律文化的研究，在认识序次和认识深度上也大致经历了这三个阶段。文章拟从法哲学的角度，阐释笔者对作为“人的法的生活样式和生活价值”的法律文化的理解。

| Abstract: | In the relationship between man and the world, the objective laws of human cognition are described as ontology, epistemology and axiogy, which are related respectively to the ancient, modem and contemporary philosophies. The scholars' study of the legal culture viewed, from its depth and width, has also experienced the three stages. This article is actually the authors'jurisprudential interpretation on the legal culture concerning human beings' life styles and value of life. |
