不同催化剂合成聚酯的等温结晶行为

摘    要:以三氧化二锑、铝酸钠、硅酸钠为催化剂,采用DMT路线合成聚酯,对聚合产物进行等温结晶动力学研究.结果表明:以铝酸钠和硅酸钠作为催化剂,并未改变PET切片的等温结晶规律,且催化所得聚酯的结晶能力比常规Sb2O3催化的聚酯略有提高.

Abstract:Different compound catalysts for polyester polycondensation by DMT route are studied.Also the isothermal crystallization behavior of polyesters are studied by means of DSC.The results show that the isothermal crystallization rule of polyesters is the same and the crystallization capability of PET is higher compared with Al/Si compound and stibium compound catalysts.
