硅灰石晶须增强高温硫化硅橡胶发泡工艺

摘    要:采用硅灰石晶须增强硅像胶,研究了用化学发泡的方法制备泡硅橡胶时,影响发泡硅橡胶的孔隙率及孔径大小的因素。结果表明,在120℃预发泡时,预发泡时间在3-6min内、二次发泡温度在180℃、发泡剂H和助发泡剂明硕的用量均为硅橡胶用量的5%、硅灰石晶须的用量控制在硅橡胶用量的2倍内时发泡效果较好。增大发泡压力有利于减小泡孔孔径,但压力过高会降低发泡硅像胶的孔隙率。

Abstract:Foamed silicone rubber composites reinforced with wollastonite are prepared by chemical foaming method. Effects of several factors on the void fraction and cell size of silicone rubber are fully studied. The results show that when the composites are pre-foamed at 120°C, the best properties will be achieved when the pre-curing time is 3~6min, the second foaming temperature is 180°C, the content of foaming agent and blowing promoter is both 5% of silicone rubber and the amount of wollastonite is not higher than 2 times of silicone rubber. Higher foaming pressure will lead to smaller cell size. However, too high foaming pressure may lower the void fraction.
