铜与聚4-乙烯吡啶模拟漆酶催化漆酚氧化成膜红外分析

摘    要:用红外光谱研究铜 聚4 乙烯基吡啶络合物催化漆酚氧化聚合交联过程.红外光谱变化表明了铜 聚4 乙烯基吡啶络合物催化剂模拟了漆酶的催化作用,而且保持原生漆的特性,并提高了耐热性和具有比原生漆干燥快、颜色浅、耐碱强等优异性能.

Abstract:The oxidative polymerization and cross-linking process of urushiol catalyzed by cupric complexes with pyridine poly{4-vinylpyridine} were studied by IR analysis. Absorption peaks of urushiol change in IR spectrs showed that above-mentioned catalysts simulated the catalytical activity of laccase during oxidative polymerization of urushiol. The products could give many excellent mechanical properties(including quick-drying coating,light-color) after the low molecular weight urushiol was separeted off.
