| Abstract: | Pursuing the bill of quantity valuation is a great reform on engineering valuation mode in our country. It plays an important role in standardizing the competitive behavior of the building market and promoting the engineering bids systems. This thesis focuses on the characteristics,functions and impact of pursing bill of quantity valuation,carries on the discussion to the hot problem we face at present and puts forward the countermeasure. |
