| 摘 要： | 人白细胞介素Ⅰ受体拮抗剂（IL－1ra)工程菌株表达目的蛋白水平受菌体生物量和诱导时间的影响，在生物量A60010 0．15－0．30温度热诱导3h-4h，目的蛋白表达量可达到较高水平。工程菌培养50代以上重组质粒保留90％以上。

| Abstract: | The level of the target protein expressed by E.coli PoP2136/pKpL IL 1ra engineering strain is affected by both biomass and induction time.Under the conditions of A 600x10 0.15~0.30 biomass and 3 4hrs heat induction,the expression of the target protein can reach a higher level.In addition,it is indicated from the results of more than 90% reservation of the plasmid after over50 generations that the recombinant is quite stable. |
