进口发泡剂Mesu10-Foma-03主要成份的结构分析

摘    要:采用开口柱色谱对进口发泡剂进行分离,大致分为主剂和添加剂,主剂质量分数为98.93%,添加剂为1.06%.然后采用付里叶红外光谱、紫外光谱、萤光光谱以及元素分析对该发泡剂的主剂分子结构式进行剖析,得到Mesu10-Foma-03发泡剂主剂的分子结构式为CH3(CH2)nH2N+CH2COOH,其中n为13,或者为9、11、13、15、17,其平均值为13的一系列同系物,这是一种甜菜碱型两性表面活性剂.添加剂因为含量少,组成较复杂,初步认为是由芳环杂环化合物组成的稳定剂、固泡剂、增粘剂.并对该发泡剂进行室内评价,其起泡性能耐高温性能要比国产发泡剂优越得多.

Abstract:By separation of import foamer Mesu10 Foma 03, it is known that it consists of 98.93% main constituent and 1.06% additives. The molecular structure of the main constituent is analysed by Fourier infrared spectroscopy, ultraviolet spectroscopy, fluorescent spectroscopy and element analysis. It is shown that its molecular structural formula is CH 3(CH 2) n N CH 2COOH,and n is equal to 9,11,13,15 or 17 in the formula. The preliminary analysis of addition agents shows that they are aromatic and heterocyclic compounds and their derivatives, and they are used as stibilizer foam fixing agent and viscosity increasing agent. The foamer is evaluated by experiments.It is held that its higher temperature resistance and foaming property are better than home foamers.
