Formulation Optimization of Hydrotalcite Dispersible Tablets

To optimize the formulation of hydrotalcite dispersible tablets,orthogonal design experiments were used to optimize formulation process. Disintegration time, dispersion uniform were used as index. It is resulted that the ratic of filler had significant effects on disintegration time and dispersion homogeneity of hydrotalcite dispersible tablets. Tablets prepared with the optimum formulation could disintegrate quickly and disperse uniformly. The content and acid restrict conformed to regulation. It is conelused:that the formulation and preparation are simple and available.
