| 摘 要： | 传动效率是无级变速器的一项重要性能,分析了无级变速器传动过程中的各项功率的损失,认为金属带与锥盘之间的沿圆周方向滑动引起的功率损失是主要的·并通过实验测试出金属带式无级变速器的主要部件金属带的传动效率·实验在3种工作条件下,保持各工作条件下的输入转速和速比不变,逐渐改变输入转矩,使输出转矩随其变化而变化,分别测出输入输出的转速和输入输出的转矩,然后经过计算,得出了金属带在稳态运行中的传动效率为092·

| Abstract: | Transmission efficiency is an important property for metal V belt type CVT. The power loss of the metal pushing V belt CVT in transmission process was analysed, and found to be mainly due to the slip between the metal segments and the pulley surfaces. Transmission efficiency of metal V belt, a key part in metal V belt type CVT, was measured by an experiment. In the experiment, output torque changed with the variation of input torque, while input rotational speed and speed ratio remained constant. The measured transmission efficiency was 0 92, when CVT kept steady state operation. |
