高额外汇储备对我国经济的影响及其管理对策

近年来,中国外汇储备规模持续增加,高额的外汇储备引起了外界很多的关注。不断增长的外汇储备对中国经济的发展造成了很多消极的影响,为我国货币政策操作和宏观调控带来了诸多干扰。笔者试图借鉴国际上其他国家外汇储备管理的经验,从高额外汇储备对我国经济发展的利弊分析入手,对我国的外汇储备管理提出了几点建议。

Influence of Huge Foreign Exchange Reserve on China's Economy and the Countermeasures Its Management

In recent years, the Chinese scale of foreign exchange reserve continued increasing. Continuously increased foreign exchange reserve has caused a lot negative influence to the development of Chinese economy, which has brought many disturbs to the operation of our country's mone- tary policy and the macro-control. This paper attempts to refer to the ex- perience of foreign exchange reserve management of the other countries in the world, and propose a few suggestions for the management of foreign exchange reserve of our country.
