摘    要:以小麦—黑麦5A/5R二体代换系种子为材料,研究在不同NaCl浓度胁迫下,种子萌发与根系生长特性.结果表明,当盐浓度为50~150 mmol/L时,初始萌发率和萌发指数明显高于其它盐处理组,累积萌发率高于75%,保持了较高的萌发率.在低于150 mmol/L盐胁迫处理的条件下,种子的恢复萌发率高于55%,表明代换系种子...

Abstract:The effect of different salt(NaCl) concentrations on seed germination and radicle growth were investigated in wheat-rye 5A/5R disomic substitution line.The results indicated that initial germination percentage and germination index at salt concentration levels between 50~150 mmol/L were significantly higher than those under other salt treatments.Accumulative germination percentage was higher than 75% when salinity did not exceed 150 mmol/L and the seed germination contained high level.The recovery germination percentage was higher than 55% when the salt concentrations were less than 150 mmol/L,which indicated the seed of substitution line had salt tolerance.The effect of radicle growth was significantly under the salt stress.The radicle growth was fast than that at other salt concentrations when salt concentration was 50 mmol/L.However,the inhibition of radicle growth and activity occurred when salinity was higher than 100 mmol/L.These phenomena demonstrated that the radicle was highly sensitive to salt stress.
