| 摘 要： | 以子宫、大赫、关元透中极、地机、至阴、次穴卯为基本处方治疗痛经症．寒湿凝滞型加水道、肝郁气滞型加支沟、阳陵泉或丘墟、外关；肝肾亏虚型加肝俞、肾俞、太溪、照海；气血虚弱型加百会、阳池、中脘、足三里、地机、至阴用灸法隔日一次．总有效率９１．７％，治愈率８８．３％．

| Abstract: | Zigong,Dahe,Guanyuan through Zhongjin,Diji,Zhiyin and Ciliao are used as basic points to treat dysmenorrhea. Cold-Damp syndrome plus shuidiao,stagnation of liver qi syndrome plus Zhigou,yanglingquan or qiu xu,Waiguan; the weakness of liver and kidney plus Guan shu,shenshu, Taixi and Zhaohai; difficiency of qi and blood syndrome plus Baihui,Yangchi zhongwan and zusali, Diji and zhiyin,Moxibustions are applicable once in every other day. The total effective rate is up to 91 7 per cent. The cure rate is up to 88 3 per cent. |
