旋风分离器内颗粒轨迹的计算方法

摘    要:采用单颗粒动力学模型计算旋风分离器内颗粒运动轨迹,并由此可算出粒级效率。分离器内时均流场用实测流场的回归公式计算。计算结果表明,由该理论方法求得的分离效率与实测效率相吻合,而且入口气速越大,分离效率越高。紊流对小颗粒的运动影响显著,大颗粒则在时均流场和紊流流场中有近乎相同的粒级效率。运用该方法,通过大量的轨迹计算可以描述颗粒的分离过程,进而可对改进分离器的性能提供理论指导

Abstract:Trajectories of motion of particles in cyclone separator are calculated with particle kinetic model, which is followed by the calculation of separation efficiency. The time averaged flow field in cyclone separator is given by using formula regressed from experimental results of different model of cyclones. The prediction of separation efficiency in cyclone separator agrees well with the experiment result. It is shown that separating efficiency increases when gas velocity at inlet of the separator is large, and the motion of small particles is effected strongly by turbulent velocity. The large particles have almost the same separation efficiency in the time averaged flow field and in simulated turbulent field. Large amount of calculation for trajectory can show the details of particle separation process. This method can improve the separation performance.
