| 摘 要： | 目的通过对肝癌、肝硬化患者发硒水平的测定，探讨缺硒与肿瘤发生、发展的关系。方法实验分三组：肝癌患者14例，肝硬化患者15例，正常健康志愿者10例，全部受试者取忱后头发，干燥48h至恒重，硒定量采用荧光测定法。结果肝癌患者发硒水平明显低于正常对照，差异有高度显著性(p＞0．01)，肝硬化组发硒水平轻度低于正常对照，但无显著差异(p＜0．05)。肝癌患者发硒水平明显低于肝硬化(p＜0．01)。结论癌症时由于癌组织对硒的富积使血、发硒水平下降，削弱了机体抵抗氧化损害的能力，补充硒可能对改善癌症患者的病情有一定作用。

| Abstract: | Objective By determining the hair selenium in patients with hepatic carcinoma ,to probe the relation- ship between the selenium deficiency and the occurrenc, development of hepatic carcinoma. Method Using fluorome- try, the hair selenium in three groups subjects, including 14 cases of hepatic carcinoma, 15 cases of cirrhosis and 10 cases health contuols were determined separately. Results The level of hair selenium in patients with hepatic carcino- ma was significantly decrease comparing with health controls and patients with cirrhosis. Conclusion Selenium defi- cienc may weaken the body resistance, and selenium compensation is helpful to tueatment of the patients with hepatic carcinoma. |
