| Abstract: | This paper analyzes on the main reasons why the problems of the data security exist resists in the small and medium-sized enterprises and institutions, and puts forward an economic and practicable modifying scheme of guaranteeing the network-based data security projects the economy and practicable reformation of data security for the small and medium-sized enterprises and institutions. |
