我院专业课正副教授发表学术论文的统计分析

以我院专业课正副教授为统计对象，利用我院图书馆购入的中国科学技术信息研究所重庆分所开发的中文科技期刊篇名数据库，调研了发表学术论文的篇数、期刊层次，并以荧光分析研究室为例分析了全国学术研究影响度。结果表明，教授是科研工作的核心力量；副教授是骨干力量；不能低估一部分具有研究生学历的中青年教师在科研工作中的作用；提高全国学术研究影响度的关键是有学术水平高的学术带头人。

STATISTICAL ANALYSIS ON THE ACADEMIC THESIS WRITTEN BY THE PROFESSORS AND ASSOCIATE PROFESSORS OF THE SPECIALIZED COURSES IN OUR INSTITUTE

aking the professors and associate professors specialized courses of for the statistical object,using the Chinese Periodical Database developed by Chongqing Branch of the Institute of Scientific and Technology Information of China (CB-ISTIC),the number of published thesis, and the grade of the Periodicals were studied, and taking the fluorimetry research office as an example.the affect degree of academic research in all country were analysed. The result indicates the professors are core strength in scientific research ;the associate professors are mainstay strength; the effect in scientific research of some middle-aged and young teachers with record of graduates cannot be underrated;the key of raising the affect degree of academic research in all country is possessing the academic leaders with high academic level.
