| Abstract: | Based on the theory of heat convection,the structure of the tubular sterilizer with normalatmospheric pressure,its heat transfer pattern and the calculation method of its heat transfer coeffi-cient are studied.The design of the sterilizer are verified with empirical data and probative tests.Thecalculation methods used in this paper are correct and reliable,and can be applied in the design ofsterilizers or heat exchangers of this kind. |
