高速空心锭子的研制

摘    要:本文采用有限元法计算了高空速空心锭子的临界转速和振动形态,分析了结构参数对临界转速的影响,设计并制造了高速空心锭子样件,并对样件进行了模态测试,以验证理论计算的正确性。最后测试了空心锭子在各转速下的振幅及噪声,结果表明:所研制的空心锭子达到了设计要求,能用于纺纱生产。

Abstract:Critical speeds and mode shapes of high speed hollow spindle in fancy yarn spinning frame are calculated by using finite element method in this paper. The influences of structural parameters upon critical speeds are also analysed. Modal measurement of the samples of spindle desiged and manufactured by authors are tested in order to verify theoretical calculation. The results of amplitude at top of spindle and niose under various speeds show that the spindle satisfies designing requirements and can be used in spinning.
