利用红外热像技术监测钢包内衬厚度

摘    要:采用数值计算与实测相结合的方法,对铜包温度场进行了计算与分析。对钢包衬的传热(轴向与径向)过程研究表明,当铜包内衬蓄热达到饱和状态后,随钢包使用时间的延长,内衬损毁程度的增加,其外表面温度逐渐升高;此外,利用外表面温度与内衬残余厚度之间的关系,可以用红外热像技术对钢包内衬损毁程度进行监测。

Abstract:The temperature field of ladle is computed and analyzed by numerical simulation and on-spot measurement. The result indicates that heat transfer through the lining is in both axial and radial directions. When the accumulation of heat in lining is saturated, the temperature of external shell will rise with the increase of ladle service time and lining damage degree. According to the relationship between external shell temperatures and lining thickness, the lining damage degree can be monitored by the infrared imaging technology
