| 摘 要： | 在教师参与教育研究这一话题中,存在着教师的声音长期淹没于教育理论工作者理论体系之中的局面;后来引入“教师成为研究者”的理念,但是由于某些原因教师进行教育研究仅流于形式;教育叙事研究的兴起,为“教师成为研究者”在观念和操作上提供了可能。

| Abstract: | In the topic of teacher enjoying in educational study, teacher's voice often silence in the theory system which constructed by theoretical researcher;for some reason teachers only have a researcher's tag as soon as the conception "teachers becoming researchers" is introduced; but the study of educational narration provides a flat for "teachers becoming researchers" not in conception but in operation. |
