| 摘 要： | 新时期,随着中国高等教育体制改革的进一步深化,对高校体育和高校体育教师都产生了强力冲击.构建适应时代需要的高校体育发展模式和高校体育教师角色的重新定位,对实现本领域可持续发展具有积极而深远的作用和意义.本文分析了高校体育教师的角色困境,并就如何实现高校体育教师自身角色的转变进行了探讨。
