摘    要:目的 采用当前非常流行的数据仓库技术管理塔里木河流域海量遥感影像、背景数据,实现塔河流域管理的数字化、信息化。方法 采用当前流行的数据仓库管理技术,按照空间数据-属性数据一体化、多源数据无缝集成及基于C/S结构和关系数据库3层体系结构的设计思想,将塔里木河流域遥感信息、空间地理信息、多专题信息、社会经济信息,以及多媒体和元数据等各类信息进行集成建库。结果 实现了多类型、多尺度的海量遥感影像、空间地理等基础数据的无缝集成和统一管理。结论 综合使用遥感、地理信息系统、数据库等技术,建立基于动态监测与管理的生态环境信息系统,具有明显的工程优势和技术优势。

Abstract:Aim Using the most popular technique of data warehouse to manage the most liquor remote sensing image data and background data of Tarim river basin so as to achieve the management pattern of digital Tarim River.Methods Adopting the popular technique of data-repository management,depending on the design thought of integration between spatial data and attribute data,and the seamless integration of multi-source data,and based on C/S structure and the three-hierarchy RDS,many types of information were integrated to build repository such as RS information,spatial geographical information,multi-theme information,social-economic information,multi-media and metadata in the drainage area of Tarim River. Then the seamless integration and management of multi-type and multi-scale geographical information were realized.Results Through building the remote sensing image database in Tarim River basin,the multi-scale and the multi -type liquor data is managed efficiently and seamless organization.Conclusion Through this example of the remote sensing image database in Tarim River basin,it proved the scientific,validity and practicality in the image database of provincial or national level. Using the synthetically technologies of remote sensing (RS),geographic information system (GIS),database technology,etc. the eco-environment information system based on the developing monitor and management is established and it has obvious superiority on engineering and technology. It can manage and analyze data rapidly and efficiently so as to supply the scientific judgment for government. Through the management technique of data warehouse,the stride zone geographic data,metadata and remote sensing data is organized efficiently. Because the system is designed based on the ArcObjects package,the system can be transplanted and promoted in the future.
