摘    要:建立了一维逆向受迫条件下的阴燃传播和向有焰火转化的模型.在逆向受迫对流每件下,忽略残碳和氧气的反应,材料阴燃的化学反应采用两步反应模型,使用积分方法求解各个移动区域的质量和能量守恒方程,推导出阴燃传播速度、温度以及氧气浓度分布.结果表明逆向阴燃是氧控制反应,阴燃速度与氧气量供应成正比,氧气在阴燃反应区被完全消耗,阴燃难以转化为有焰火.模型预测的结果与实验数据的比较具有较好的一致性.

Abstract:A model of smoldering propagation and its transition to flaming combustion was developed under conditions of one-dimensional reverse forced convections. Reactions between the char residues and oxygen were ignored. The chemical reactions of fuels in smoldering were adopted as a two-step model for describing the smoldering reactions. The integral method was employed to solve the mass and energy conservation equations contained in each movable zone. The velocity, temperature and oxygen concentration distribution in the smolder propagation process were deduced. Results show that reverse smoldering is an oxygen-controlling reaction. The propagating velocity is proportional to the amount of oxygen supply. Oxygen is consumed completely in the reaction zone, which makes the transition from smoldering to flaming more difficult. Calculation results from the model and the experimental data were compared and found to agree well.
