超(超)临界锅炉膜式水冷壁鳍片厚度的优化设计

摘    要:为了找到超(超)临界电站锅炉膜式水冷壁鳍片的最佳厚度,基于温度场数值模拟结果研究了鳍片厚度和鳍片危险点温度的关系,找到一种确定鳍片最佳厚度的方法,该方法能对设计锅炉的鳍片厚度的选取提供参考意见。

Abstract:To make sure the optimal fin thickness of supercritical and ultra-boiler water wall,on the basis of the result of numerical simulation to the temperature fields of the membrane water wall tube,the paper puts forward a method that ascertain the optimal fin thickness of water wall tube through researching on re-lation between the fin thickness and the severe point of the fin.The method give a valuable idea for selection of the fin thickness of a new boiler.
