基于Excel的库存控制仿真的实现

以库存控制中的库存成本最小为目标,对一个多周期提前订货有折扣的库存系统进行计算机仿真分析。利用操作简单、容易实现的Excel的函数功能,开发了库存管理系统的计算机仿真系统,并以简单开发实例证明计算机仿真的实现过程。利用计算机进行库存控制仿真时,首先能够考虑现实中的多种不确定因素,进行模型的不断改变,方便地对多个库存管理策略进行系统仿真,再经过系统优化与分析,最后获得了总成本最低时的最优化库存策略。

Realization of Inventory Control Simulation Based on Excel

Aimed at minimizing stock cost in stock control,this paper has made computer simulation analysis of stock system that rebates for order ahead of many cycles.Making use of an Excel function that can be simply operated and easily realized,a computer simulation system for stock control has been developed.The implement of the computer simulation system has been proved through a simple example.While using computer for stock control simulation,at first the system alters continuously the model according to uncertain practical factors in order to conveniently carry out computer simulation for many stock control strategies,then obtains an optimized stock control strategy with the lowest cost through systemic optimization and analysis.
