| 摘 要： | 磷酸能够代替硫酸催化合成乙酸乙酯,在磷酸存在下,由乙醇和乙酸合成了乙酸乙酯,探讨了乙醇、乙酸和磷酸的物质的量之比、反应时间对乙酸乙酯收率的影响.当乙酸、乙醇和磷酸的物质的量之比为1:1.65:0.26,回流1h,乙酸乙酯收率达59.7％.

| Abstract: | Ethyl acetate was synthesied by esterification of ethyl alcohol with acetic acid in the presence of the phosphoric acid. The effects of ethyl alcohol, acetic acid and phosphoric acid molar ratio, the reaction time on the yield of ethyl acetate have been investigated. The yield of the ester could reached 57. 9%under amount of substance ratio of acetic acid, ethyl alcohol and phosphoric acid were 1:1. 65:0. 26, refluxing for an hour. |
